Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This policy explains how AI UGC Studio ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use this website or contact us. We are the controller of that data. Contact: hello@aiugcstudio.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form: your name, email, brand, product details and anything you write in the message.
  • Emails: anything you send to us by email.
  • Project files: product photos, logos and briefs you send for a project.
  • Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote: taking steps at your request before a contract.
  • To deliver a project you've booked and invoice you: performance of a contract.
  • To keep business and tax records: legal obligation.
  • To keep the site secure: our legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

  • Web3Forms, which forwards enquiry-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website and forwards email sent to our domain.
  • Google (Gmail), where our email is stored.
  • AI and editing tools used to make your ad, which process the product files you send us for that purpose only.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 12 months. Project and invoice records: up to 6 years, for tax purposes. Project files: deleted within 12 months of delivery unless you ask us to keep them for future work.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@aiugcstudio.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
