Terms of business

These terms apply to every project booked with AI UGC Studio. Your written confirmation of a quote, or payment of a deposit, means you accept them.

1. Quotes and booking

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Your slot is booked once we receive a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

2. What you provide

You'll send clear product photos, any required logos and brand guidance, and any claims you want made. You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us, and that any claims you ask us to include are accurate and can be substantiated.

3. Drafts and changes

Each package includes two rounds of changes, requested within 7 days of each draft. Changes to the agreed idea after approval, or extra rounds, are charged separately.

4. Payment and delivery

The balance is due on approval of the final ad. Final files are sent once it's paid. Drafts may be watermarked.

5. AI-made content

All presenters, people and scenes in our ads are generated with AI unless agreed otherwise. You agree to this when booking. We never imitate real people. We recommend labelling AI-generated content where platforms require it. As the advertiser, you're responsible for how and where the ad is used and for the claims it makes.

6. Usage rights

Once paid in full, you may use the finished ad for organic and paid purposes, worldwide, with no time limit. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Monthly plan

Monthly plans run month to month, paid in advance, and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Unused ads don't roll over.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
